Speed Without Sacrifice
The BGT Forta series is engineered for golfers who want to increase clubhead speed without giving up the stability required to keep the ball in play. While many lightweight shafts feel unstable or "whippy" under pressure, the Forta is built to maintain its structure through transition and all the way down through impact — delivering a faster, more consistent swing without the tradeoffs.
As a Wood Shaft, the BGT Forta is suitable for use in both drivers and fairway woods. For fairway wood use, the shaft is tip trimmed to the appropriate length and fitted with a fairway wood adapter.
Balanced Performance
The Forta is tuned to produce a higher launch paired with controlled spin — preventing the "ballooning" effect often seen with high-launch lightweight shafts. The result is a more penetrating ball flight with consistent carry distances and better performance in windy conditions.
