Shipping Policy

Orders are typically shipped within 1 business day. UPS Ground is our standard shipping method unless you select another available shipping service at checkout.

Shipping is free on orders of $300 or more. Orders below $300 are subject to the shipping charges shown at checkout.

If an item is out of stock or is not normally carried by us, we’ll order it from our supplier and ship it as soon as it arrives. Items built to a customer’s specifications will ship after the custom build is completed.

Some orders may qualify for shaft-only shipping. These orders may ship faster or may be drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer.

Shipping services and delivery times are outside our control. We do our best to ship orders promptly and meet the carrier’s estimated delivery window, but delivery dates and times are not guaranteed once an order leaves our facility. Delays can occur with carriers such as UPS due to weather, service interruptions, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances beyond our control.
