2. Payment Terms:

MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Money Orders & Cash

3. Return Policy:

Before returning any merchandise, a return authorization number must be obtained. Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of authorization date and defective items must be clearly marked as to the nature of the defect.

We reserve the right to refuse returns for reasons not
abiding by our return rules. We DO NOT accept used clubs for
credit, if you receive your clubs and do not like them (before hitting)
please let us know so you can return the clubs for credit.
Returned merchandise (unused) will incur a 10% restocking fee
unless it is a miss-shipped item.

Defective merchandise will be accepted for repair or replacement only, and we reserve the right to determine whether or not merchandise is to be repaired or replaced. Merchandise will not be replaced if customer abuse is evident. The thin wall woods are not warranted if dented in the body of the club.

Customer is responsible for freight charges on all returned items unless a shipping error was the cause of the return.

 

4. Shipping Discrepancies:

If shipping is received short or damaged from the carrier, we must file the claim with the carrier on your behalf, or credit cannot be given. We must be notified within 5 business days.

Do not discard original shipping container, as carrier may want to inspect it.

Prices subject to change without notice.

6. Disclaimer:

(a) My Club Maker assumes no liability arising from the use of golf components sold by My Club Maker.

(b) Title: The ownership of goods is transferred to the customer upon shipment by My Club Maker.

Pricing Policy:
You may mix like items for quantity discounts. We always try to be competitive but there are times that someone offers a lower price. We will try to match any suppliers advertised lower price on the same items. You must tell us whom we are matching and we reserve the right to confirm the price before we match.
